If there are occasions when we do not meet your standards please contact

Please quote the details of your Policyholder name and
policy number and the reason for your complaint. He will write within
five working days to attempt to address your concerns; if our investigations
take longer we will provide a full response within four weeks or explain
our position and give time scales for a full response.
